4. Illegal Content
Report content immediately if you believe it may be illegal.
This may include:
child sexual exploitation or abuse material;
terrorism or violent extremism;
threats of violence;
illegal hate content;
fraud or scams;
phishing or malware;
non-consensual intimate imagery;
stalking or harassment;
stolen personal data;
illegal financial promotions;
illegal drugs or weapons sales;
money laundering;
copyright infringement;
unlawful privacy violations;
content encouraging serious self-harm;
any other unlawful content or activity.
Do not download, copy, share or redistribute illegal content.
5. Child Safety or Underage User Reports
Fandations is for users aged 18 or over.
Report a child safety concern if you believe:
a user is under 18;
a creator is under 18;
someone is helping a minor use Fandations;
content involves a minor in an unsafe or inappropriate way;
a user is attempting to contact minors;
grooming or exploitation may be involved;
child sexual exploitation or abuse content may be present.
Child safety reports are treated seriously.
Where appropriate, Fandations may remove content, restrict accounts, preserve records and report concerns to relevant authorities.
6. Adult Sexual Content Reports
Fandations is not an adult-content platform.
Report content or behaviour involving:
pornography;
sexually explicit content;
escort services;
sexual services;
sexual solicitation;
paid sexual messaging;
fetish content;
nudity intended for sexual gratification;
links to adult-content platforms;
requests for sexual content;
adult content promoted through messages or external links.
Accounts that upload, sell, request or promote adult sexual content may be restricted, suspended or terminated.
7. Non-Consensual Intimate Imagery
Report immediately if someone has shared, threatened to share, requested or promoted intimate or private content without consent.
This includes:
revenge porn;
intimate images shared without permission;
hidden camera content;
secretly recorded intimate content;
sexual deepfakes;
sexualised edits of a real person without consent;
threats to leak intimate images;
blackmail or extortion involving intimate content.
Fandations may remove content, restrict accounts, preserve records and escalate where appropriate.
8. Harassment, Bullying or Threats
Report harassment, bullying or threatening behaviour.
Examples include:
repeated unwanted contact;
abusive messages;
threats;
intimidation;
stalking;
humiliation campaigns;
encouraging others to attack someone;
sexual harassment;
targeted insults;
abuse of creators, subscribers, moderators or support staff.
If there is immediate danger, contact emergency services first.
9. Hate Speech
Report content that attacks, dehumanises, threatens, mocks or encourages hostility against people based on characteristics such as:
race;
ethnicity;
nationality;
religion;
disability;
sex;
gender;
gender identity;
sexual orientation;
age;
serious illness;
immigration status;
caste or similar protected status.
Educational or critical discussion may be allowed where it is responsible and not hateful.
10. Scam, Fraud or Suspicious Payment Activity
Report scams, fraud or suspicious financial behaviour.
Examples include:
fake creator accounts;
stolen payment methods;
phishing links;
requests for passwords or login codes;
fake giveaways;
pyramid schemes;
get-rich-quick schemes;
fake testimonials;
misleading paid offers;
off-platform payment requests;
chargeback abuse;
suspicious payout activity;
users pretending to be Fandations staff.
Fandations will never ask for your password by email, message or comment.
11. Misleading Finance Content
Report finance-related content that appears misleading, risky or unauthorised.
Examples include:
guaranteed profit claims;
“risk-free” investment claims;
crypto, forex or trading schemes;
unauthorised trading signals;
instructions to buy, sell or hold specific investments;
personalised investment advice;
fake income screenshots;
misleading testimonials;
pressure to invest quickly;
hidden affiliate commissions;
unauthorised financial promotions.
Fandations is not a financial adviser. Finance content on Fandations must be educational, balanced, clear, fair and not misleading.
12. Unsafe Health Content
Report health, fitness, wellbeing or nutrition content that may be unsafe or misleading.
Examples include:
fake cures;
dangerous medical advice;
instructions to ignore medical professionals;
unsafe diet or supplement claims;
content encouraging eating disorders;
self-harm instructions;
misleading mental health claims;
medical diagnosis or treatment by unauthorised users;
content exploiting vulnerable people.
Users should consult qualified professionals before acting on health-related content.
13. Copyright or Intellectual Property Reports
Report content that you believe infringes your copyright, trademark or other rights.
Please include:
your full name;
your contact email;
the original work or rights involved;
the Fandations content URL;
the username or creator name;
proof that you own or control the rights;
a short explanation of the infringement;
confirmation that the information you provide is accurate.

14. Privacy Violation or Doxxing
Report content that exposes private information or violates privacy.
Examples include:
home addresses;
private phone numbers;
private email addresses;
financial information;
passwords;
identity documents;
medical records;
private messages;
private images;
employer or workplace details used for harassment;
personal data obtained unlawfully.
This applies even if the information is available elsewhere.
15. Impersonation
Report accounts that pretend to be someone else.
Examples include:
fake creator accounts;
fake company accounts;
fake Fandations staff accounts;
accounts using another person’s name or image;
accounts pretending to represent a brand;
accounts using misleading qualifications or credentials;
profiles designed to trick users.
Parody, fan or commentary accounts may be allowed only where they are clearly labelled and not misleading.
16. Malware, Phishing or Harmful Links
Report links, files or messages that may contain:
malware;
viruses;
spyware;
ransomware;
phishing pages;
fake login pages;
credential theft tools;
harmful downloads;
suspicious redirects;
scams pretending to be Fandations.
Do not click suspicious links.
17. Off-Platform Payment Requests
Report creators or users who ask for payment outside Fandations for content, subscriptions, unlocks or benefits promoted through Fandations.
Examples include:
bank transfer requests;
hidden payment links;
“message me to pay outside the platform”;
requests to cancel and pay elsewhere;
external paid communities used to bypass Fandations;
coded language to move payments off-platform.
Off-platform payments may not be protected by Fandations support, refund or dispute processes.

20. What to Include in Your Report
To help us review your report, include:
your account email, if you have one;
the username involved;
the profile URL;
the post, message, comment, stream or content URL;
screenshots, if safe and appropriate;
the report category;
a short explanation of the issue;
the date and time you saw the issue;
whether anyone appears to be in immediate danger;
whether you have blocked the user;
any previous reports or related context.
Do not include unnecessary sensitive personal information.
Do not send illegal content to us unless necessary and lawful. Provide links and descriptions instead where possible.
21. What Happens After You Report
After you submit a report, Fandations may:
review the reported content or account;
check the surrounding context;
request more information;
remove or restrict content;
warn a user;
restrict features;
suspend or terminate an account;
block external links;
hold creator payouts;
preserve records;
report to payment providers;
report to regulators or law enforcement where appropriate;
take no action if no breach is found.
We may not always tell you the outcome of a report, especially where privacy, safety or legal restrictions apply.
22. Blocking a User
Where available, you may block another user.
Blocking may help prevent the person from:
messaging you;
commenting on your content;
following you;
interacting with your posts;
viewing certain areas of your profile.
Blocking is useful, but serious issues should still be reported.
23. Appeals and Follow-Up
If your content or account was restricted because of a report, you may be able to appeal.
To appeal, email:

Appeals do not guarantee reversal of a decision.
24. False or Abusive Reports
Do not misuse the reporting system.
You must not submit reports that are knowingly false, malicious, abusive, repetitive or intended to harass another user.
Good-faith reports are welcome, even if we later decide that no rule was broken.
Users who abuse reporting tools may have their accounts restricted.
