This Policy applies to all users, creators, subscribers, visitors and anyone who uploads, posts, sends, sells, streams, links to, promotes, purchases or interacts with content on Fandations.

This Policy should be read together with our Terms and Conditions, Community Guidelines, Creator Agreement, Refund Policy, Payments and Payouts Policy, Online Safety Policy, Finance Content Rules, and any other relevant Fandations policies.

1. Purpose of This Policy

Fandations exists to help people build skills, share knowledge, support creators and access useful educational, creative, practical and professional content.

To keep the platform safe, lawful and trustworthy, some types of content and activity are strictly prohibited.

This Policy helps users and creators understand:

1. what content is not allowed;

2. what behaviour is not allowed;

3. what creators cannot sell or promote;

4. what users cannot request or distribute;

5. how Fandations may enforce these rules;

6. how to report prohibited content.

2. Where This Policy Applies

This Policy applies to all areas of Fandations, including:

1. usernames;

2. display names;

3. profile photos;

4. profile banners;

5. biographies;

6. posts;

7. comments;

8. messages;

9. communities;

10. stories;

11. livestreams;

12. paid content;

13. unlocked content;

14. downloads;

15. templates;

16. files;

17. creator offers;

18. subscription benefits;

19. external links;

20. reports;

21. support communications;

22. adverts or promotions;

23. any other content or activity on the platform.

You cannot avoid this Policy by using coded language, images, links, emojis, abbreviations, screenshots, private messages, off-platform links or indirect references.

3. Fandations Is Not an Adult-Content Platform

Fandations is not an adult-content platform.

The following content, services and activity are prohibited:

1. pornography;

2. sexually explicit videos or images;

3. sexual livestreams;

4. paid sexual messaging;

5. sexual roleplay services;

6. fetish content;

7. nudity intended for sexual gratification;

8. escort services;

9. sexual services;

10. sexual solicitation;

11. adult-only content;

12. links to adult-content platforms;

13. promotion of off-platform adult services;

14. requests for sexual content;

15. sexualised content involving real people without consent;

16. sexualised content involving minors or appearing to involve minors.

Accounts that upload, sell, request, promote or distribute prohibited sexual content may be restricted, suspended, terminated, reported, and may have payouts withheld where appropriate.

4. Child Safety and Underage Content

Fandations is for users aged 18 or over.

Content or activity involving children, minors or underage users is handled with particular seriousness.

You must not upload, publish, request, promote, distribute, link to or facilitate:

1. child sexual abuse material;

2. child exploitation;

3. sexualised content involving minors;

4. grooming behaviour;

5. attempts to contact minors for inappropriate purposes;

6. content that identifies or targets children for exploitation;

7. content encouraging children to bypass age restrictions;

8. accounts operated by users under 18;

9. content depicting minors in unsafe, exploitative or inappropriate contexts;

10. jokes, roleplay or fantasy content involving sexualisation of minors.

If we believe content involves child exploitation or serious child safety risk, we may remove the content, suspend accounts, preserve records and report the matter to relevant authorities.

5. Non-Consensual Intimate or Private Content

Fandations prohibits non-consensual intimate imagery and non-consensual private content.

You must not upload, share, threaten to share, request, sell, link to or distribute:

1. intimate images shared without consent;

2. secretly recorded intimate content;

3. hidden camera footage;

4. sexual deepfakes;

5. sexualised images created or edited without consent;

6. revenge porn;

7. threats to leak intimate images;

8. private images or videos without permission;

9. private messages without permission where doing so invades privacy;

10. content used for blackmail, humiliation, extortion or coercion.

This applies even if the content was originally created consensually.

6. Harassment, Bullying and Abuse

Fandations does not allow harassment, bullying or abusive behaviour.

You must not upload, post, message, stream, promote or encourage:

1. targeted abuse;

2. repeated unwanted contact;

3. threats;

4. intimidation;

5. humiliation campaigns;

6. dogpiling or encouraging others to attack someone;

7. stalking;

8. sexual harassment;

9. insults targeting a person’s protected characteristics;

10. malicious rumours;

11. abusive messages to creators, users, moderators or staff;

12. content designed to drive someone off the platform.

Disagreement and criticism are allowed where respectful and lawful. Abuse is not.

7. Hate Speech and Hateful Conduct

Fandations prohibits hate speech and hateful conduct.

You must not attack, dehumanise, threaten, praise violence against, mock, exclude or encourage hostility against people based on characteristics such as:

1. race;

2. ethnicity;

3. nationality;

4. religion;

5. disability;

6. sex;

7. gender;

8. gender identity;

9. sexual orientation;

10. age;

11. serious illness;

12. immigration status;

13. caste or similar protected status.

Prohibited hate content includes:

1. slurs used to attack people;

2. dehumanising language;

3. calls for exclusion or segregation;

4. praise for hate groups;

5. hateful symbols used to promote hate;

6. denial or celebration of atrocities where used to attack protected groups;

7. threats based on protected characteristics.

Educational, historical, journalistic or counterspeech content may be allowed if clearly presented responsibly and not used to promote hate.

8. Threats, Violence and Physical Harm

You must not use Fandations to threaten, encourage, organise, praise or facilitate serious harm.

Prohibited content includes:

1. threats to harm people;

2. threats to damage property;

3. instructions for violent attacks;

4. praise or glorification of serious violence;

5. encouragement of assault;

6. targeted intimidation;

7. dangerous challenges likely to cause serious harm;

8. content encouraging self-harm or suicide;

9. content encouraging eating disorders or serious physical harm;

10. content arranging violent activity.

If we believe there is an immediate risk of harm, we may report the matter to relevant authorities.

9. Terrorism, Extremism and Violent Radicalisation

Fandations prohibits terrorist, extremist and violent radicalisation content.

You must not upload, post, share, sell, promote, praise, support, recruit for, fundraise for or organise:

1. terrorist organisations;

2. extremist groups that promote violence;

3. terrorist propaganda;

4. extremist recruitment content;

5. praise for terrorist attacks;

6. instructions for terrorist activity;

7. fundraising for terrorist or violent extremist causes;

8. manifestos or materials designed to inspire attacks;

9. violent radicalisation content;

10. symbols or media used to promote terrorist activity.

Educational or newsworthy content may be allowed where clearly presented responsibly and not used to promote terrorism, extremism or violence.

10. Illegal Goods and Services

You must not use Fandations to buy, sell, arrange, promote or facilitate illegal or restricted goods or services.

Prohibited examples include:

1. illegal drugs;

2. controlled substances;

3. weapons;

4. ammunition;

5. explosives;

6. stolen goods;

7. counterfeit goods;

8. fake documents;

9. stolen accounts;

10. stolen personal data;

11. hacking services;

12. phishing services;

13. illegal gambling;

14. human exploitation;

15. sex trafficking;

16. money laundering;

17. fraud services;

18. illegal financial services;

19. illegal immigration services;

20. any unlawful transaction.

11. Fraud, Scams and Deceptive Practices

Fandations must not be used for fraud, scams or deceptive conduct.

You must not:

1. use stolen payment methods;

2. create fake accounts;

3. impersonate another person or organisation;

4. sell fake services;

5. mislead users about what they are buying;

6. use fake testimonials;

7. manipulate reviews;

8. fake engagement;

9. run pyramid schemes;

10. run Ponzi schemes;

11. run get-rich-quick schemes;

12. use phishing links;

13. request passwords or login codes;

14. misrepresent qualifications or credentials;

15. make false claims about earnings or results;

16. trick users into paying outside Fandations;

17. abuse refunds or chargebacks.

12. Financial Scams and Misleading Financial Content

Fandations may allow general financial education, but financial scams and misleading financial content are prohibited.

You must not upload, sell, promote, message or link to:

1. guaranteed profit schemes;

2. guaranteed trading returns;

3. fake investment opportunities;

4. Ponzi schemes;

5. pyramid schemes;

6. unauthorised trading signal groups;

7. unauthorised crypto promotions;

8. misleading forex schemes;

9. copy-trading schemes without authorisation;

10. pressure-based investment offers;

11. “risk-free” investment claims;

12. fake testimonials about financial returns;

13. claims that users are guaranteed to earn money;

14. personalised investment instructions without authorisation;

15. regulated financial promotions without authorisation.

Finance content must be educational, balanced, clear, fair and not misleading.

Fandations is not a financial adviser.

13. Regulated Advice and Professional Services

You must not use Fandations to provide regulated professional advice or services unless you are legally authorised and approved by Fandations where required.

This includes:

1. financial advice;

2. investment advice;

3. pension advice;

4. insurance advice;

5. credit advice;

6. debt advice;

7. tax advice;

8. legal advice;

9. medical advice;

10. psychological therapy;

11. immigration advice;

12. regulated professional services.

General educational content may be allowed, but it must not mislead users into believing they are receiving regulated advice where they are not.

14. Medical Misinformation and Unsafe Health Content

Fandations may allow general educational health, fitness, wellbeing, nutrition or lifestyle content, but unsafe or misleading health content is prohibited.

You must not upload, sell, promote or recommend:

1. fake cures;

2. dangerous medical advice;

3. instructions to ignore medical professionals;

4. claims to cure serious illness without evidence and authorisation;

5. unsafe supplement claims;

6. extreme diets likely to cause harm;

7. content encouraging eating disorders;

8. self-harm methods;

9. dangerous detox claims;

10. medical diagnosis or treatment without proper authorisation;

11. content exploiting vulnerable users with health fears.

Users should consult qualified healthcare professionals before acting on health-related content.

15. Copyright Infringement and Stolen Content

You must only upload content you own or have permission to use.

Prohibited content includes:

1. pirated courses;

2. copied videos;

3. stolen images;

4. leaked files;

5. copied templates;

6. unauthorised music;

7. copyrighted books or PDFs without permission;

8. scraped website content;

9. another creator’s paid content;

10. trademark-infringing content;

11. content copied from other platforms without rights;

12. content that violates confidentiality or licence terms.

Repeat infringement may result in account termination.

16. Privacy Violations and Doxxing

You must not share, threaten to share, sell or misuse another person’s private information.

Prohibited information includes:

1. home addresses;

2. private phone numbers;

3. private email addresses;

4. financial information;

5. passwords;

6. login credentials;

7. identity documents;

8. medical records;

9. private messages;

10. private photos;

11. employer or workplace details used for harassment;

12. personal data obtained unlawfully.

This rule applies even if the information is available elsewhere.

17. Impersonation and Misrepresentation

You must not impersonate another person, creator, company, organisation, professional, public figure or Fandations representative.

You must not:

1. use someone else’s name or image to mislead users;

2. pretend to be Fandations staff;

3. fake professional credentials;

4. falsely claim affiliation with a company or organisation;

5. create fake creator pages;

6. use misleading branding;

7. mislead users about qualifications, results or identity;

8. create parody or fan accounts that are likely to confuse users.

Parody, commentary or fan content may be allowed only where it is clearly labelled and not misleading.

18. Spam, Bots and Platform Manipulation

You must not use Fandations to spam users or manipulate the platform.

Prohibited activity includes:

1. mass messaging;

2. repetitive posting;

3. bot activity;

4. fake engagement;

5. fake followers;

6. fake comments;

7. fake reviews;

8. coordinated manipulation;

9. referral fraud;

10. scraping;

11. account farming;

12. ban evasion;

13. automated signups;

14. abusing reports;

15. manipulating rankings or recommendations;

16. exploiting bugs.

19. Malware, Phishing and Cyber Abuse

You must not upload, link to, send, sell or promote:

1. malware;

2. viruses;

3. ransomware;

4. spyware;

5. phishing pages;

6. credential theft tools;

7. malicious scripts;

8. harmful downloads;

9. botnets;

10. stolen login databases;

11. unauthorised hacking tools;

12. exploit kits;

13. instructions intended to enable unauthorised access.

Cybersecurity education may be allowed only where clearly defensive, lawful and not designed to enable harm.

20. Dangerous Instructions and High-Risk Harm

You must not provide instructions, templates, guides, plans or content that meaningfully enables serious harm.

Prohibited examples include:

1. making explosives;

2. making weapons for harm;

3. bypassing security systems for abuse;

4. poisoning;

5. serious physical harm;

6. dangerous criminal activity;

7. evading law enforcement;

8. committing fraud;

9. self-harm methods;

10. instructions for stalking or abuse.

Educational safety content may be allowed where it is clearly preventative, lawful and responsibly framed.

21. Academic Cheating and Credential Fraud

Fandations does not allow academic cheating services or credential fraud.

You must not offer, sell, request or promote:

1. essay-writing services for cheating;

2. exam answers;

3. impersonation in exams;

4. fake degrees;

5. fake certificates;

6. fake references;

7. plagiarism tools used for deception;

8. completed assignments presented for submission;

9. academic fraud;

10. professional credential fraud.

Educational tutoring, revision support and study guidance may be allowed where it does not enable cheating.

22. Misleading Advertising and Fake Endorsements

Advertising and promotional content must be honest and clearly disclosed.

You must not:

1. hide sponsorships;

2. hide affiliate relationships;

3. use fake testimonials;

4. exaggerate results;

5. misrepresent product benefits;

6. use fake scarcity;

7. use fake urgency;

8. make claims without evidence;

9. present paid promotion as independent opinion;

10. mislead users about commissions or incentives.

Creators must clearly disclose sponsored content, affiliate links, referral rewards, gifted products and paid promotions.

23. External Links to Prohibited Content

You must not use external links to bypass this Policy.

Links are prohibited if they lead to:

1. adult sexual content;

2. illegal content;

3. scams;

4. malware;

5. phishing;

6. stolen content;

7. pirated downloads;

8. unauthorised financial promotions;

9. illegal goods or services;

10. hate or extremist content;

11. non-consensual intimate imagery;

12. off-platform payment avoidance;

13. content that would be prohibited if posted directly on Fandations.

Fandations may remove, block, scan or restrict external links.

24. Off-Platform Payment Avoidance

Creators must not use Fandations to avoid platform payment systems or fees.

Prohibited activity includes:

1. asking users to pay by bank transfer to avoid Fandations fees;

2. asking subscribers to cancel and pay elsewhere;

3. hiding payment links in images, posts, bios or messages;

4. using coded language to move payment off-platform;

5. offering Fandations-discovered benefits only through external payment;

6. using external communities to bypass paid access rules.

This may result in content removal, account restriction, payout holds, suspension or termination.

25. Prohibited Profile Content

This Policy also applies to usernames, profile images, banners, bios and creator pages.

You must not use profile areas to:

1. promote adult sexual content;

2. promote illegal goods or services;

3. impersonate others;

4. include hate symbols;

5. include scam links;

6. include malware links;

7. make misleading financial claims;

8. harass others;

9. infringe trademarks;

10. bypass payment systems;

11. promote prohibited external links.

Fandations may require you to change your profile or may restrict your account.

26. Prohibited Paid Content

Paid content is subject to the same rules as free content.

Charging money for content does not make prohibited content acceptable.

You must not monetise:

1. prohibited sexual content;

2. illegal content;

3. stolen content;

4. misleading finance content;

5. regulated advice without authorisation;

6. scams;

7. unsafe health content;

8. harassment;

9. hate content;

10. copyright-infringing content;

11. malware;

12. prohibited external links.

Fandations may remove paid content and reverse, withhold or offset earnings where appropriate.

27. Prohibited Messaging Behaviour

Private messages, creator messages and community messages must follow this Policy.

You must not use messages to:

1. harass users;

2. send adult sexual content;

3. request adult sexual content;

4. scam users;

5. request passwords;

6. send phishing links;

7. bypass payments;

8. sell illegal goods;

9. send threats;

10. pressure users;

11. provide unauthorised financial advice;

12. share prohibited external links;

13. distribute stolen or illegal content.

Messages may be reviewed where necessary for safety, support, fraud prevention, moderation or legal compliance.

28. Prohibited Livestream Behaviour

Livestreams, live chats and live events must follow this Policy.

You must not use livestreams to:

1. show prohibited sexual content;

2. harass viewers;

3. promote scams;

4. make misleading financial claims;

5. provide unauthorised regulated advice;

6. promote illegal goods;

7. share harmful instructions;

8. broadcast violence or threats;

9. distribute copyrighted content without rights;

10. direct viewers to prohibited external links.

Fandations may interrupt, restrict or remove livestreams that breach this Policy.

29. Repeat Violations

Repeated violations may result in stronger enforcement.

This may include:

1. content removal;

2. warnings;

3. feature restrictions;

4. demonetisation;

5. reduced visibility;

6. temporary suspension;

7. permanent ban;

8. payout holds;

9. payment restrictions;

10. creator access removal;

11. reporting to relevant authorities where appropriate.

Fandations may take immediate action for serious violations, even if it is a first offence.

30. Enforcement Actions

If content or activity breaches this Policy, Fandations may take action including:

1. no action;

2. warning;

3. content edit request;

4. content restriction;

5. content removal;

6. disabling comments or messages;

7. removing links;

8. restricting features;

9. reducing visibility;

10. demonetising content;

11. suspending creator tools;

12. holding payouts;

13. suspending accounts;

14. terminating accounts;

15. preserving records;

16. reporting to payment processors, regulators, law enforcement or relevant authorities.

We may take action before, during or after investigation if necessary to protect users, creators, Fandations or the public.

31. Payout Holds for Prohibited Content

Fandations may delay, withhold, reverse, offset or refuse payouts where creator earnings are connected to:

1. prohibited content;

2. illegal content;

3. adult sexual content;

4. fraud;

5. scams;

6. misleading financial claims;

7. copyright infringement;

8. unauthorised professional advice;

9. off-platform payment avoidance;

10. user harm;

11. policy breaches;

12. chargebacks or refunds;

13. legal or regulatory risk.

Creators are not entitled to earnings from prohibited, fraudulent, unlawful, refunded, charged back, reversed or invalid transactions.

32. Appeals

Where available, users and creators may appeal certain moderation decisions.

You may appeal decisions such as:

1. content removal;

2. account suspension;

3. creator restriction;

4. payout hold;

5. verification rejection.

Appeals do not guarantee that a decision will be reversed.

33. How to Report Prohibited Content

If you see content or activity that may breach this Policy, report it using the platform’s reporting tools.

You may be able to report:

2. profiles;

3. messages;

4. comments;

5. communities;

6. stories;

7. streams;

8. paid content;

9. external links;

10. creator behaviour.

Do not download, copy, share or redistribute illegal or harmful content.

34. Emergency or Immediate Danger

Fandations is not an emergency service.

If you believe someone is in immediate danger, contact emergency services first.

In the UK, call 999 for emergencies.

You may also report the issue to Fandations, but we cannot guarantee an immediate response.

35. Changes to This Policy

We may update this Prohibited Content Policy from time to time.

Updates may reflect:

1. platform changes;

2. legal changes;

3. safety requirements;

4. payment provider rules;

5. moderation experience;

6. regulatory guidance;

7. new forms of abuse;
