1. Our Community Purpose

Fandations exists to help people build skills, share knowledge, support creators and access useful educational, creative, practical and professional content.

We want Fandations to be a place where users can:

To keep Fandations safe, useful and trustworthy, everyone must follow these Community Guidelines.

2. Who These Guidelines Apply To

These Community Guidelines apply to everyone who uses Fandations, including:

3. Fandations Is Not an Adult-Content Platform

Fandations is not an adult-content platform.

Do not upload, publish, sell, request, promote, link to, message or distribute:

1. pornography;

2. sexually explicit content;

3. escort services;

4. sexual services;

5. sexual solicitation;

6. paid sexual messaging;

7. fetish content;

8. nudity intended for sexual gratification;

9. adult-only content;

10. links to adult-content platforms.

Content or accounts that breach this rule may be removed, restricted, suspended or terminated.

4. Age Requirement

Fandations is for users aged 18 or over.

You must be at least 18 years old to use Fandations.

You must not:

1. create an account if you are under 18;

2. help someone under 18 create an account;

3. upload content involving minors in unsafe, exploitative or inappropriate contexts;

4. pretend to be older than you are;

5. use another person’s identity to bypass age checks.

If we believe a user is under 18, we may suspend or remove the account and request verification.

5. Be Respectful

Treat others with respect.

You must not:

1. harass others;

2. threaten others;

3. bully others;

4. intimidate others;

5. repeatedly contact someone who does not want contact;

6. target someone with insults or abuse;

7. encourage others to attack someone;

8. use degrading or humiliating language;

9. deliberately disrupt communities;

10. abuse creators, subscribers, moderators or support staff.

Disagreement is allowed. Abuse is not.

6. No Hate or Discrimination

Fandations does not allow hate speech or hateful conduct.

You must not attack, dehumanise, threaten, mock, exclude or encourage hostility against people based on protected or sensitive characteristics, including:

1. race;

2. ethnicity;

3. nationality;

4. religion;

5. disability;

6. sex;

7. gender;

8. gender identity;

9. sexual orientation;

10. age;

11. serious illness;

12. immigration status;

13. caste or similar protected status.

Educational, historical or critical discussion may be allowed where it is clearly not promoting hate or harassment.

7. No Threats, Violence or Dangerous Behaviour

You must not use Fandations to threaten, encourage, praise, organise or promote violence or serious harm.

This includes:

1. threats to harm people;

2. threats to damage property;

3. incitement to violence;

4. instructions for violent attacks;

5. glorification of serious violence;

6. targeted intimidation;

7. encouragement of self-harm or suicide;

8. dangerous challenges;

9. content that encourages serious physical harm;

10. organising criminal activity.

If we believe there is an immediate safety risk, we may report the matter to relevant authorities.

8. No Terrorism or Extremism

You must not use Fandations to support, praise, promote, recruit for, fundraise for or organise terrorist, extremist or violent organisations or ideologies.

This includes:

1. terrorist propaganda;

2. extremist recruitment;

3. praise for terrorist attacks;

4. instructions for terrorism or violent extremism;

5. fundraising for terrorist groups;

6. symbols or materials used to promote terrorist activity;

7. content that encourages violent radicalisation.

Educational or journalistic discussion may be allowed where it is clearly presented responsibly and does not promote harm.

9. No Harassment, Stalking or Doxxing

You must not harass, stalk or expose private information about others.

Do not share or threaten to share:

1. home addresses;

2. phone numbers;

3. private email addresses;

4. private documents;

5. financial information;

6. login credentials;

7. private photos;

8. private messages;

9. workplace information intended to harass;

10. information that could put someone at risk.

This applies even if the information is available elsewhere.

10. No Scams, Fraud or Deception

Fandations must not be used for scams, fraud or deceptive behaviour.

You must not:

1. use stolen payment methods;

2. create fake creator accounts;

3. impersonate another person;

4. sell fake services;

5. mislead users about what they are buying;

6. run pyramid schemes;

7. run get-rich-quick schemes;

8. fake engagement or followers;

9. manipulate reviews;

10. abuse refunds or chargebacks;

11. trick users into paying outside Fandations;

12. ask for passwords or login codes;

13. send phishing links;

14. misrepresent your identity, qualifications or results.

Creators must be honest about their content, experience, credentials and offers.

11. No Spam or Platform Abuse

You must not misuse Fandations or disrupt the platform.

Do not:

1. post repetitive content;

2. mass-message users;

3. use bots without permission;

4. scrape data;

5. create fake accounts;

6. evade bans;

7. manipulate algorithms;

8. manipulate votes, likes, views or engagement;

9. abuse reporting tools;

10. overload systems;

11. exploit bugs;

12. attempt to bypass restrictions;

13. interfere with platform security;

14. sell or transfer accounts.

If you discover a bug or security issue, report it to us instead of exploiting it.

12. No Malware, Phishing or Hacking

You must not upload, share, send or link to:

1. malware;

2. viruses;

3. ransomware;

4. spyware;

5. phishing pages;

6. credential theft tools;

7. malicious scripts;

8. harmful downloads;

9. hacking tools intended for abuse;

10. instructions for unauthorised access.

Security education may be allowed only where it is clearly defensive, lawful and does not enable harm.

13. No Illegal Goods or Services

You must not use Fandations to buy, sell, promote, arrange or facilitate illegal or restricted goods or services.

This includes:

1. illegal drugs;

2. weapons;

3. stolen goods;

4. counterfeit goods;

5. fake documents;

6. illegal gambling;

7. hacking services;

8. stolen data;

9. money laundering;

10. fraud services;

11. illegal financial services;

12. human exploitation;

13. any illegal service or transaction.

14. Intellectual Property and Copyright

Only upload content that you own or have permission to use.

You must not upload, sell, share or distribute:

1. pirated content;

2. copied courses;

3. stolen videos;

4. leaked files;

5. unauthorised images;

6. copyrighted music without permission;

7. scraped content;

8. trademark-infringing material;

9. content taken from another creator without consent;

10. paid content from another platform without permission.

15. Privacy and Consent

Respect other people’s privacy.

You must not upload, publish or share personal information, private communications, images, recordings or content involving another person unless you have the right and permission to do so.

If a person appears in your content, you may need their consent.

Creators are responsible for obtaining and keeping any required permissions, licences and consent records.

Do not upload:

1. non-consensual images;

2. hidden camera footage;

3. private messages without permission;

4. private documents;

5. personal data obtained unlawfully;

6. content that invades another person’s privacy.

16. No Non-Consensual Intimate Imagery

Fandations does not allow non-consensual intimate imagery or threats to share such imagery.

This includes:

1. intimate images shared without consent;

2. secretly recorded intimate content;

3. threats to leak intimate images;

4. deepfake intimate imagery;

5. sexualised images of a person without consent;

6. content used for sexual blackmail or humiliation.

Accounts involved in this behaviour may be permanently banned and reported where appropriate.

17. Financial Content Rules

Fandations may allow general educational content about business, budgeting, money management, entrepreneurship, finance or investing.

However, finance content must be educational, balanced, clear, fair and not misleading.

Creators must not:

1. provide personalised investment advice;

2. tell users to buy, sell or hold a specific investment;

3. guarantee income or profit;

4. promote unauthorised financial products;

5. promote misleading crypto, forex, trading or investment schemes;

6. operate unauthorised trading signal groups;

7. pressure users into risky financial decisions;

8. hide sponsorships, commissions or conflicts of interest;

9. target vulnerable users with high-risk financial claims;

10. imply Fandations approves or guarantees financial outcomes.

Fandations is not a financial adviser.

Users should seek advice from a suitably qualified and authorised professional before making financial decisions.

18. No Misleading Income Claims

Creators must not mislead users about earnings, business success, investment returns or personal results.

You must not claim or imply that users are guaranteed to:

1. earn money;

2. become rich;

3. make profit;

4. succeed in business;

5. pass exams;

6. gain employment;

7. improve health;

8. achieve a specific personal outcome.

Examples, case studies and testimonials must be truthful, fair and not presented as guaranteed results.

19. Health, Fitness and Wellbeing Content

Fandations may allow general educational content about health, fitness, wellbeing, nutrition or lifestyle.

However, creators must not provide medical diagnosis, emergency advice or regulated healthcare services unless legally authorised and approved by Fandations where required.

Do not:

1. tell users to ignore medical professionals;

2. claim to cure diseases without evidence and authority;

3. promote dangerous diets or supplements;

4. make misleading health claims;

5. exploit vulnerable users;

6. present personal opinion as medical fact.

Users should consult a qualified healthcare professional before acting on health-related content.

20. Professional Advice

Creators must not provide regulated professional advice unless legally authorised and approved by Fandations where required.

This includes:

1. legal advice;

2. tax advice;

3. financial advice;

4. investment advice;

5. medical advice;

6. psychological therapy;

7. debt advice;

8. insurance advice;

9. pension advice;

10. immigration advice.

General educational content may be allowed, but it must not mislead users or create the impression of regulated professional advice where none is authorised.

21. Advertising, Sponsorships and Affiliate Links

Creators must clearly disclose paid promotions, sponsorships, affiliate links, referral arrangements, gifted products, commissions or other commercial relationships.

You must not:

1. hide affiliate links;

2. use fake reviews;

3. use fake testimonials;

4. exaggerate product results;

5. promote scams;

6. mislead users about compensation;

7. claim something is independent if you are being paid;

8. promote unsafe, illegal or restricted products.

Advertising must be honest, clear and not misleading.

22. External Links

External links must be used responsibly.

You must not use links to:

1. bypass Fandations payments;

2. send users to adult content;

3. promote scams;

4. distribute malware;

5. collect personal data unlawfully;

6. sell illegal goods or services;

7. evade moderation;

8. host prohibited content;

9. provide unauthorised financial or professional services;

10. mislead users.

Fandations may remove or block links at any time.

23. Off-Platform Payment Avoidance

You must not use Fandations to avoid platform fees or payment systems.

Do not ask users to pay you outside Fandations for content, access, subscriptions, unlocks or benefits that are offered, discovered or promoted through Fandations, unless Fandations has given written permission.

Examples of prohibited behaviour include:

1. asking users to pay by bank transfer to avoid platform fees;

2. hiding external payment links in images or bios;

3. offering paid access through external links to bypass Fandations;

4. using coded language to move payments away from the platform;

5. telling subscribers to cancel and pay elsewhere.

24. Creator Responsibilities

Creators are responsible for their content, offers, conduct and compliance.

Creators must:

1. be honest about what they offer;

2. deliver paid content as described;

3. avoid misleading claims;

4. respect subscribers and users;

5. follow all Fandations policies;

6. own or have permission to use uploaded content;

7. avoid prohibited content;

8. comply with tax and payout requirements;

9. respond appropriately to support or compliance requests;

10. keep account and payout information accurate.

Creators are independent users of Fandations, not employees or representatives of Fandations.

25. Subscriber and User Responsibilities

Users and subscribers must:

1. respect creators;

2. follow platform rules;

3. pay only through approved Fandations checkout tools;

4. not leak or redistribute paid content;

5. not harass creators;

6. not abuse refunds or chargebacks;

7. not share account access;

8. not request prohibited content;

9. not pressure creators to break rules;

10. report harmful or illegal behaviour.

Paid content is for your personal use only unless clearly stated otherwise.

26. Paid Content and Digital Access

You must not copy, resell, leak, redistribute, record, scrape, upload elsewhere or commercially exploit paid content without permission.

This includes:

1. subscriber-only posts;

2. paid downloads;

3. templates;

4. courses;

5. videos;

6. livestreams;

7. private messages;

8. community content;

9. unlocked files;

10. creator materials.

Accounts that leak or redistribute paid content may be suspended or terminated.

27. Usernames, Profiles and Branding

Usernames, profile images, banners and bios must follow these Guidelines.

You must not use profiles to:

1. impersonate someone;

2. mislead users;

3. promote prohibited content;

4. include hate symbols;

5. include adult sexual content;

6. include scam links;

7. include misleading financial claims;

8. infringe trademarks;

9. harass others;

10. evade platform rules.

Fandations may remove or require changes to usernames, bios, profile images or branding.

28. Reporting Content and Users

If you see content or behaviour that may breach these Guidelines, report it using the platform’s report tools.

You may be able to report:

1. posts;

2. profiles;

3. comments;

4. messages;

5. communities;

6. stories;

7. streams;

8. paid content;

9. external links;

10. creator behaviour.

When reporting, include as much detail as possible, such as the username, content URL, screenshots where appropriate, and a short explanation.

Do not download, share or redistribute illegal or harmful content.

29. What Happens After a Report?

After a report is submitted, Fandations may:

1. review the content or account;

2. request more information;

3. remove content;

4. restrict content;

5. warn a user;

6. limit features;

7. suspend an account;

8. terminate an account;

9. hold creator payouts;

10. preserve records;

11. refer the matter to payment processors, regulators, law enforcement or relevant authorities where appropriate.

We may not always tell you the outcome of a report, especially where privacy, safety or legal issues apply.

30. Moderation and Enforcement

Fandations may review, restrict, remove, label, demonetise or disable content or accounts.

We may take action where content or behaviour:

1. breaches these Guidelines;

2. breaches our Terms and Conditions;

3. breaches our Creator Agreement;

4. breaches our Prohibited Content Policy;

5. breaches our Finance Content Rules;

6. appears unlawful;

7. creates safety risk;

8. creates fraud or payment risk;

9. infringes rights;

10. misleads users;

11. harms platform integrity.

Moderation decisions may include:

1. no action;

2. warning;

3. content edit request;

4. reduced visibility;

5. content restriction;

6. content removal;

7. feature restriction;

8. temporary suspension;

9. permanent ban;

10. payout hold;

11. referral to relevant authorities where appropriate.

31. Appeals

Where available, you may appeal certain moderation decisions.

Appeals may be available for:

1. content removal;

2. account suspension;

3. creator restrictions;

4. payout holds;

5. verification rejection.

1. your account email;

2. the content or decision involved;

3. why you believe the decision was wrong;

4. any supporting evidence.

Appeals do not guarantee that a decision will be reversed.

32. False or Abusive Reports

Do not misuse the reporting system.

You must not submit reports that are knowingly false, abusive, malicious, repetitive or intended to harass another user.

Abuse of reporting tools may result in restrictions on your account.

Good-faith reports are welcome, even if we later decide no rule was broken.

33. Safety Emergencies

If you believe someone is in immediate danger, contact emergency services first.

Fandations is not an emergency service.

For urgent danger in the UK, call 999.

You may also report the issue to Fandations, but we cannot guarantee immediate response.

34. Changes to These Guidelines

We may update these Community Guidelines from time to time.

Updates may reflect:

1. platform changes;

2. safety needs;

3. legal changes;

4. new features;

5. user feedback;

6. moderation experience;

7. regulatory guidance.

The updated version will be posted on this page with a revised “Last updated” date.
