  3. country;

  4. payment provider rules;

  5. bank fees;

If your balance is below the minimum threshold, payout may not be available until the threshold is reached.

18. Refunds and Creator Balances

If a user receives a refund, the creator’s earnings from that transaction may be reduced, reversed, deducted, withheld or offset.

If the creator has already received payout for a refunded transaction, Fandations may:

  1. deduct the amount from future earnings;

  2. offset the amount against current balance;

  3. create a negative balance;

  4. request repayment;

  5. restrict payouts;

  6. suspend creator monetisation;

  7. take other reasonable recovery steps.

Creators are not entitled to keep earnings from refunded, reversed, fraudulent or invalid transactions.

19. Chargebacks

A chargeback occurs when a user disputes a payment with their bank, card issuer or payment provider.

Chargebacks may result in:

  1. reversal of the transaction;

  6. account review;

  7. creator restrictions;

Fandations may provide evidence to payment processors in response to chargebacks, including transaction records, access logs, delivery records, subscription details, account activity and communications.

Repeated chargebacks may lead to account restrictions or termination.

20. Negative Balances

A creator account may have a negative balance if refunds, chargebacks, reversals, fees or deductions exceed available earnings.

If a creator account has a negative balance, Fandations may:

Fandations may restrict accounts, hold payouts, cancel transactions, request verification, report activity or terminate accounts where appropriate.

22. Off-Platform Payments

Users and creators must not use Fandations to avoid Fandations payment systems or platform fees.

Creators must not ask users to pay outside Fandations for content, subscriptions, unlocks or benefits that are promoted, discovered or offered through Fandations, unless Fandations gives written permission.

Prohibited examples include:

Fandations may allow users to send tips or support payments to creators.

Tips and support payments are voluntary.

Unless stated otherwise, tips and support payments are usually non-refundable except where required by law or approved by Fandations.

Creators are not entitled to receive tips or support payments that are fraudulent, refunded, charged back, reversed, disputed or invalid.

Users should not send tips or support payments unless they are sure they want to support the creator.

If we cannot contact the creator or verify payout information, funds may be held, returned, forfeited or handled according to applicable law and platform policy.
