  4. explore creators, posts, communities or categories;

  5. follow creators you like;

  6. subscribe, unlock content or support creators where available.

4. How do I become a creator?

To become a creator, you may need to:

  1. create a Fandations account;

  2. apply for creator access;

  3. complete identity or age verification;

  4. provide payout details;

  5. provide tax information where required;

  6. agree to the Creator Agreement;

  7. agree to the Payments and Payouts Policy;

  8. follow the Community Guidelines and Prohibited Content Policy.

Creator approval is not guaranteed. Fandations may approve, reject, suspend or remove creator access where necessary for safety, fraud prevention, compliance or platform quality.


5. What can creators publish?

Creators may be able to publish content such as:

  1. posts;

  2. articles;

  3. images;

  4. videos;

  5. downloads;

  6. templates;

  7. guides;

  8. tutorials;

  9. educational materials;

  10. community updates;

  11. livestreams, where enabled;

  12. subscriber-only content;

Creators must only upload content they own or have permission to use.


6. How do I create a post?

To create a post:

  2. go to the creator dashboard or create-post area;

  3. write your content using the editor;

  4. upload any supported media or files;

  5. choose whether the post is free, subscriber-only or paid, where available;

  6. add a title, description, category or tags where required;

  7. review your content;

  8. publish your post.

Depending on the platform setup, you may be able to upload files by clicking the upload button or dragging files into the upload area.


7. What content is not allowed?

Fandations does not allow content that is illegal, harmful, exploitative, misleading or unsuitable for the platform.

Prohibited content includes, but is not limited to:

  3. nudity intended for sexual gratification;

No.

Fandations is not an adult-content platform.

Users and creators must not upload, sell, promote, request, message, link to or distribute adult sexual content, pornography, sexual services, sexual solicitation or sexually explicit material.

Accounts that breach this rule may be restricted, suspended or removed.


9. How do subscriptions work?

Creators may offer subscriptions that give users access to selected content, communities, posts or benefits.

Subscription details may include:

  2. you may keep access until the end of your current paid period;

18. Do creators need to pay tax?

Creators are responsible for their own tax affairs.

If you earn money through Fandations, you are responsible for understanding, reporting and paying any taxes that apply to your earnings.

Fandations may be required to collect and report certain creator, seller, payout or transaction information to tax authorities where required by law.

Fandations does not provide tax advice. Speak to a qualified tax adviser if you are unsure.


19. Can creators give financial advice?

Creators may share general educational content about money, budgeting, business, entrepreneurship, trading or investing, but they must not provide regulated financial advice or unauthorised financial promotions.

Creators must not:

  1. tell users to buy, sell or hold specific investments;

  2. provide personalised investment advice;

  3. guarantee income or profit;

  4. operate unauthorised trading signal groups;

  5. promote misleading crypto, forex or investment schemes;

  6. pressure users into risky financial decisions.

Finance content must be educational, balanced, clear, fair and not misleading.

Creators must not provide regulated medical, legal, tax, financial or professional advice unless they are legally authorised and approved by Fandations where required.

21. How do I report content or a user?

You can report content or users that may breach Fandations rules.

However, links must not be used to:

  1. bypass Fandations payments;

  2. promote prohibited content;

  3. send users to adult content;

  4. distribute malware;

  5. run scams;

  6. collect personal data unlawfully;

  7. evade moderation;

Use external links carefully. Fandations is not responsible for third-party websites or services.


37. Does Fandations guarantee creator results?

No.

Fandations does not guarantee that any creator content, course, guide, tutorial, livestream, download, message or community will produce a specific result.

Fandations does not guarantee:

  3. investment returns;

  4. business success;

  5. grades;

  6. qualifications;

  7. skills;

  8. health results;

  9. legal outcomes;

  10. creator earnings;

  11. audience growth.

Fandations provides the platform, but it does not automatically endorse every creator, claim, opinion, product, result, service or piece of content.
